Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders of products that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Diamond Dancewear ships goods within Australian and Internationally. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 7 business days depending on your location within Australia – international orders may take longer. For international customers please be aware that you may need to be import duties or fees once package arrives in your country depending on order value & current policy. Please check this before ordering.
Refund policy:
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. For ready made costumes please ensure you measure before ordering - if you are unsure send us a message to double check before placing your order. For ready made items and accessories you can choose between an alteration (costumes only), refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
Security Policy:
When purchasing from Diamond Dancewear, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Eway or Paypal. Card data is not hosted by Diamond Dancewear after processing.
