Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders of products that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders for custom made items usually ship within 3-4 weeks, please ensure you include the date you need the product by when you order so we can work to your timeframe. If we aren’t able to complete the order in the timeframe you have requested we will let you know and offer a refund if needed.
Diamond Dancewear ships goods within Australian and Internationally. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 7 business days depending on your location within Australia – international orders may take longer.
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds for custom orders if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Alterations if needed on custom orders are provided at no additional cost. For ready made items and accessories you can choose between an alteration (costumes only), refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
When purchasing from Diamond Dancewear, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Eway or Paypal. Card data is not hosted by Diamond Dancewear after processing.
